| Development of the national teacher training strategy for Sudan (2018-2021) |
The purpose of this project is to review Sudan’s national teacher training strategy so that it is in line with the new orientations of the education sector, the new curriculum, and the emergence of new stakeholders such as the recently created national centre for teacher training. The purpose of this mission is therefore to: 1. Review the current draft teacher training strategy. 2. Develop a teacher training strategy that includes all aspects of pre-service and in-service training and professional development in pre-primary, basic, secondary and technical schools, in both formal and non-formal education. 3. Develop an implementation plan for the strategy. 4. Develop a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) plan for the strategy. |
| Supporting the School Sector Development Plan (SSDP) - External Monitoring, Review and Evaluation Team (2019-2022) |
The main objective of the assignment is to support the SSDP programme’s secretariat and development partners by undertaking a mid-term review (2019), annual fiduciary reviews (2019-2021), and final evaluation (2021) of the SSDP. Other ad hoc reviews of programmatic elements as and when required. |

This feasibility study aims to support the Tunisian and French ministries in charge of higher education and research in their bilateral cooperation for the establishment of the Franco-Tunisian University for Africa and the Mediterranean. It must therefore provide a complementary analysis to the preliminary study, at the same time as the launch of the first training courses. |

Belize Quality of Education Assessment and Project Design Support (2024-2025) |
The overall objective of our services is to assist the Belize Compact Development Team (BCDT) – Government of Belize in designing a cohesive Education Project, intended to address the core problem identified in the Education Concept Note developed by the BCDT, specifically by: (i) evaluating the soundness, relevance, feasibility and sustainability of the strategic approach proposed in the Concept Note for the future Education Project, (ii) making recommendations on the strengthening of the Design Document, (iii) conducting assessments of key aspects of the education system to inform a more detailed design of the Project, and (iv) preparing a proposal for Terms of Reference for project implementation. |
