Technical assistance for the preparation (formulation) of a regional project. The project to be identified focuses on communicable diseases and targets underserved areas with a high poverty incidence, and on migrant and mobile populations. The team was composed of 8 international experts and 5 national experts in each country.

Reinforcement Programme of Commercial Capacity for the Tourism Sector (2018-2022)
The general objective of this assignment is to help the PMU to strengthen the commercial capacity of the tourism sector in Cambodia by building the capacity of private and public stakeholders, structuring public-private partnerships, and developing innovative commercial strategies.
Strengthening the capacities of the Ministry of Tourism, private tourism operators and professional associations is thus at the core of this assignment, which is structured in four components:
Component 1: Assisting the PMU in structuring and strengthening the capacity of the private sector;
Component 2: Assisting the PMU in strengthening the capacity of the Ministry of Tourism;
Component 3: Assisting the PMU in developing studies and pilot projects;
Component 4: Strengthening the PMU in terms of project management.

Mid-term evaluation of the Cold Chain Equipment Strengthening project under the Expanded Programme on Immunisation (2009)
The mission’s main objective was to undertake a mid-term evaluation of the Cold Chain Equipment Strengthening project within the framework of the Expanded Programme on Immunisation (EPI). This project falls within the scope of the Vietnamese national EPI strategy for the period 2006-2010. Its overall objective is to secure health benefits via the strengthening of the EPI. The specific objective is to strengthen the National EPI of the Ministry of Health through cold chain equipment and maintenance management support.

Provision of health specialists for the Poverty Reduction and MDG Acceleration Program (PRMAP) (2008-2009)
The Poverty Reduction and MDG Acceleration Program (PRMAP) supports the Government of Indonesia (GoI) in its commitment towards the achievement of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) in education and health, and contributes to the GoI’s poverty reduction agenda, and gender equality efforts.
The technical assistance complements the PRMAP by directly supporting the achievement of national policy objectives aimed at improving the access, efficiency and performance of government programmes in the health sector.
4 experts will assist the MoH in the following sectors: Health Accounts, Public Finance, Health Insurance and HR.

The Climate Friendly Agribusiness Value Chains Sector Project (CFAVC) aims to create an enabling environment that reduces the incidence of poverty, malnutrition and food insecurity among the rural poor. The Project Implementation Consultant (PIC) is providing management and technical assistance in the implementation of the project, strengthening the technical and management capacities of the participating government agencies and project stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with the financing agreement and government policies.

Feasibility Study for 100–200 MW Wind Farm in West Java (2022-2026)
As part of the diversification of Indonesia's energy mix, PLN wishes to develop a wind farm with an installed capacity of around 200 MW in the Banten region on the island of Java. SOFRECO is carrying out the feasibility study for this wind farm under AFD financing and in consortium with the developer 3E, until the recruitment of the turnkey contractor. This study begins with the installation of measurement masts, then includes the selection of the most suitable power generation devices for the site, the design of the wind farm and its connection, as well as all the technical and financial studies necessary for the construction (topography, geotechnics, transport and stability of the network).
