Developing Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) for Climate Change Resilient Water Infrastructure (2021) |
The project, conducted for the Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre, consists in the stakeholders-driven development of regional standard operating procedures (SOPs) to guide and coordinate national water utilities in the development and management of water infrastructure that is resilient to climate change and natural disasters. This involves the training of both water utilities staff and wider communities in SOPs and Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) through a train-the-trainer scheme. |
| Relevance and costs study of the SME/VK Project “Brawijaya University Teaching hospital Construction and Equipment Complement” (2019) |
Conseil Santé participated in the evaluation carried out by ENABEL of the project submitted to FINEXPO (Export Financing, Government of Belgium) by SME and VK Construct. The project consisted in works and equipment of the Rumah Sakit University Hospital to turn it into a level B university hospital. The mission was aimed at evaluating the relevance and costs of the project submitted for financing. |

Technical assistance for the implementation of the High Quality TVET Training Project in Vietnam (2013-2017) |
The overall objective of the High Quality TVET Training Project is to renovate five Vietnamese vocational training institutions through the construction of buildings, procurement of equipment and provision of expertise for training and capacity building. The Technical Assistance Project will: - Provide technical support on TVET policies and strategies, especially on issues of investment in vocational training, and private sector financing and involvement in vocational management systems; - Assist the PMU in the overall implementation of the Project. |

Pilot Project for the Irrigation of Nam Kata (PPINK) (2017-2023) |

Advocacy for sanitation in Phnom Penh (2017-2018) |
The objective of the services is to define an advocacy argumentation and campaign in order to promote actions in the drainage and sanitation sector in Phnom Penh. More specifically the consultancy assignment aims at: (i) providing a study on sanitation and drainage levels of development in Phnom Penh (causes, consequences, bottlenecks, opportunities, etc.), (ii) using these elements to build an advocacy campaign (definition of target groups, of relevant communication tools, etc.); (iii) implementing a first phase of institutional mobilisation to assess the receptiveness of the stakeholders and finalise the advocacy campaign as required. |
