Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Economics, Development Finance, Public Policy, or a related field;
- Fluent in English;
- Understanding of Indonesian language is an asset.
Professional experience:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including proven M&E knowledge in financial context;
- Experience in South-East Asia, ideally Indonesia, is a strong asset;
- Solid command of results-based management (RBM) frameworks and M&E methodologies, including indicator definition, baseline setting, target-setting, and impact measurement;
- Familiarity with EU grant reporting requirements and DFI reporting standards — particularly AFD's — would be a strong asset;
- Proven experience producing structured progress and completion reports for projects co-financed by bilateral or multilateral donors;
- Sound understanding of climate finance, the SDGs, and blended finance mechanisms. |
