Gender Technical Assistance for The Gambia through GAVI's Targeted Country Assistance (TCA) Reserve funding (2025-2026) |
The main objective of this technical assistance is to support the national EPI programme in addressing gender-related barriers to immunisation, with a specific focus on zero-dose children and underserved populations. The TA helps to integrate gender considerations into all phases of immunisation programming, including strategy design, implementation and monitoring.

The aim of the five-day course was to enhance participants' skills and theoretical and technical knowledge in the area of change management. |

Consultancy Services for the Fish Aggregating Device (FAD) deployment in order to benefit artisanal fishers along the Zambézia+ coast (2024-2025) |
The aim of the project is to conduct a feasibility study into the deployment of Fish Aggregating Devices (FADs) to benefit artisanal fishermen along the Zambezi coast, in line with Mozambican regulations and MCC environmental guidelines. The feasibility study consists of a programmatic environmental and social impact assessment, and an assessment of the economic impact of introducing this activity in the area. If feasibility is proven, a pilot project to deploy 10 FADs should be proposed over the period 2025-2030. |

The aim of the training, held in Clichy, France, was to enhance the knowledge of eight civil servants and officials from Madagascar's Ministry of National Education on the subject of ''Psychometrics''. On completion of the ten-day course, the participants acquired knowledge and strengthened their skills in the use of psychometric tools applied to the field of education and the assessment of learning outcomes. |

The mission consisted of training three civil servants and officials from the Ministry of Sports and Recreation of the Democratic Republic of Congo on the subject of ''Public Investment Programming for programme budgets''. Over a period of 10 days, the participants strengthened their skills to acquire a thorough understanding of the technical framework within which investments are programmed, the tools and methods required for the monitoring and evaluation of programme budgets, as well as knowledge on decision-making aids. |
| Consultancy on environmental and social safeguards for Phase 2 of the Forest Investment Programme (PIF 2) and strengthening of the national training system for the environmental and social management of projects (2024-2027) |
The services cover support for environmental and social management, including the use of tools such as SIGES, the preparation and monitoring of safeguard documents (ESIA, ESMP, RAP) and the incorporation of environmental and social measures into PIF 2 contracts. They also aim to strengthen the national training system by assessing existing capacities, identifying gaps and drafting strategies for developing skills, with a particular focus on vulnerable groups. |
