Gender Technical Assistance for The Gambia through GAVI's Targeted Country Assistance (TCA) Reserve funding (2025-2026)
The main objective of this technical assistance is to support the national EPI programme in addressing gender-related barriers to immunisation, with a specific focus on zero-dose children and underserved populations. The TA helps to integrate gender considerations into all phases of immunisation programming, including strategy design, implementation and monitoring.

Ginger SOFRECO is providing technical expertise to a flagship urban mobility project in East Africa – the Phase 5 BRT line (28.73 km) in Dar es Salaam. Our team is providing key specialists in contract management, claims, road safety and non-motorised transport (NMT), contributing to: (i) the technical supervision of works and contract management ; (ii) the improvement of the climate resilience of infrastructure; (iii) an integrated review of road, drainage and station designs; (iv) the monitoring of environmental and social measures; and (iv) capacity building for TANROADS in project management.

Ginger SOFRECO, under the Scaling Mini Grids initiative by the International Financial Corporation (IFC), is supporting the Congolese government, through the ARE (Electricity Regulatory Authority) and UCM (Project Coordination and Management Unit of the Ministry), in developing mini-grids in Kabinda, Kananga, and Mbuji-Mayi, including tender processes, transaction finalization with selected developers, contract monitoring and capacity building.

Conduct of detailed pre-feasibility studies for the production of green hydrogen and its derivatives in Tunisia for the Ministry of Energy, Mining and Infrastructure (MIME) (2024)
The project consists of conducting three pre-feasibility studies for the production of green hydrogen and ammonia in Tunisia, and providing strategic recommendations for their implementation. Ginger SOFRECO is responsible for the technical and environmental component, including the identification of suitable regions, the analysis of shared infrastructures, and the design of cost calculation tools. An analysis of financial feasibility is also being conducted by the partner.

The aim of this training course was to strengthen the knowledge of six civil servants and officials from Madagascar's Ministry of Education on the subject of ‘Implementing Objective-Based and Performance-Based Contracts’. Over a five-day period, the participants strengthened their skills in the field of Objective-Based and Performance-Based Contracts, in order to obtain in-depth knowledge of such contracts, their development and the stakes involved.
