| Gender Technical Assistance for The Gambia through GAVI's Targeted Country Assistance (TCA) Reserve funding (2025-2026) |
The main objective of this technical assistance is to support the national EPI programme in addressing gender-related barriers to immunisation, with a specific focus on zero-dose children and underserved populations. The TA helps to integrate gender considerations into all phases of immunisation programming, including strategy design, implementation and monitoring.

| Training course on ''Public Investment Programming as part of programme budgets'' (2024) |
The mission consisted of training four civil servants and managers from the Ministry of Health and Population of the Congo, the Ministry of Decentralisation and Territorial Development of Madagascar and the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Madagascar on the theme: ''Public Investment Programming as part of programme budgets''. Over the course of 10 days, the participants strengthened their skills in order to acquire an understanding of the technical framework for investment programming, the tools and methods required for monitoring and evaluating under a programme budget, and a knowledge of decision-making aids. |

| Consultancy on environmental and social safeguards for Phase 2 of the Forest Investment Programme (PIF 2) and strengthening of the national training system for the environmental and social management of projects (2024-2027) |
The services cover support for environmental and social management, including the use of tools such as SIGES, the preparation and monitoring of safeguard documents (ESIA, ESMP, RAP) and the incorporation of environmental and social measures into PIF 2 contracts. They also aim to strengthen the national training system by assessing existing capacities, identifying gaps and drafting strategies for developing skills, with a particular focus on vulnerable groups. |
| Studies, control and supervision of the construction works for the interconnection of the Cameroon and Chad power grids (PIRECT) (2024-2029) |
Project Management Consultancy mission to the SNE Project Implementation Unit for the implementation of the regional component of the Project for the Interconnection of the Cameroon and Chad Power Grids. In Chad, the planned works include the construction of 238km of 225kV line, the construction of 2 substations (225/30kV and 225/90/15kV) and the extension of 1 substation (225/90/30kV), as well as the rural electrification of more than 70 communities along the HVB line. The Ginger SOFRECO/RTEi consortium, as the Project Management Consultant, is responsible for: i) updating the preliminary and detailed design studies, the ESIA and RAP and the Hazard Studies; ii) drawing up the tender documents and assisting with the procurement process; and iii) monitoring and supervising the works (HV line, substation and rural electrification), including monitoring the implementation of Environmental and Social Safeguard activities, and providing assistance during the warranty period. |

| Provision of technical support to in-service teacher training institutions (NCTT, STTC) within the Education Quality Improvement Programme (EQUIP 2) (2024-2025) |
The objective of the assignment is to support in-service teacher training institutions (NCTT and STTCs) to master the skills required to lead their activities, including those pertaining to education in emergencies, based on the national strategy, specifically by: (i) delivering office equipment to the NCTT, (ii) conducting a comprehensive needs assessment to analyse the NCTT and selected STTCs’ human and institutional gaps, (iii) developing an action plan based on the needs assessment’s findings to mitigate the identified challenges, and (iv) conducting relevant training based on the action plan and the drafting of a White Paper. |
